Уровень дохода от 102 000 до 167 000 руб. до вычета налога на полную ставку в графике 1/3, возможна работа в графике 1/2 с доходом от 154 000 до 250 000 руб. до вычета налога; Социальная и государственная поддержка - льготная ипотека, участие в программах "Земский доктор" и "Земля врачам", компенсация аренды жилья, дополнительный оплачиваемый отпуск 14-17 дней, ежемесячные выплаты ФСС, участие в наградной политике регионального и федерального уровня, стимулирующие доплаты за условия труда, стаж и квалификацию и др; Организация обучения для периодической аккредитации; Доплаты молодым специалистам; Гибкий подход к построению графика работы, возможность работать в дневные, ночные, суточные смены; Страхование жизни и здоровья; Развитая система наставничества; Передовое диагностическое и реанимационное оборудование, полностью укомплектованные автомобили и ежегодное обновление автопарка; Оборудованные комнаты отдыха и приема пищи; Удобная форменная одежда. Чем предстоит заниматься: Оказание экстренной и неотложной медицинской помощи на догоспитальном этапе; Быстрая и точная постановка диагноза в самых разнообразных условиях; Проведение реанимационных мероприятий; Оформление соответствующей сопроводительной документации. Требования: Высшее профессиональное образование по специальности "Лечебное дело" или "Педиатрия" Подготовка в интернатуре/ординатуре по направлению "Скорая медицинская помощь". При прохождении интернатуры/ординатуры по направлениям: "Анестезиология-реаниматология", "Общая врачебная практика", "Терапия", педиатрия", "Хирургия" - свидетельство о проф. переподготовке по направлению "Скорая медицинская помощь" Наличие сертификата специалиста и свидетельства об аккредитации по одной из специальностей: «Лечебное дело», «Скорая медицинская помощь».
