Обеспечение правильной эксплуатации, ремонта и ТО бурового оборудования на вверенном объекте; Координация и надзор за действиями персонала, отвечающего за эксплуатацию, ремонт и ТО бурового оборудования; Ведение точного регистра, учета наличия и движения всего бурового оборудования (БУ); Разработка проектов календарных графиков планово-предупредительного ремонта (ППР), ревизий, испытаний оборудования; Планирование мероприятий по улучшению эксплуатации и ТО; Участие в проверке технического состояния оборудования; Контроль качества выполненных ремонтов; Приемка нового оборудования; Оформление документации на списание или передачу оборудования другим подразделениям.

Высшее образование (Техническое: Механика, Нефтегазовое дело, Оборудование и т.п.); Опыт работы от 3-х лет в области эксплуатации, ремонта и ТО бурового оборудования (сервисные компании, буровые предприятия ключевое преимущество!); Глубокие знания и практические навыки в механике (устройство, принципы работы, диагностика, ремонт основных узлов БУ: лебедки, насосы, роторы, ПВО, силовые приводы); Основах гидравлики буровых установок (понимание взаимодействия систем); Умение руководить процессами, контролировать работы персонала СОМО; Опыт составления графиков ППР, ремонтов, управления ресурсами; Уверенный пользователь MS Office (Word, Excel обязательно!), опыт работы с системами учета оборудования большой плюс; Ответственность, лидерские качества, аналитический склад ума; Готовность к вахтовому методу работы.
