Вы будете ключевым звеном в организации учебного процесса: от вашей работы зависит, чтобы всё прошло гладко, а у студентов и преподавателей не возникло неудобств. Участвует в составлении расписания учебных занятий, экзаменов, консультаций и других мероприятий в соответствии с образовательной программой колледжа. При составлении учитывает учебные планы, распределяет аудитории под запланированные занятия с учётом их специфики. Осуществляет оперативный контроль за ходом образовательного процесса: следит, чтобы всё шло по плану, выявляет отклонения и оперативно решает возникающие вопросы (например, организует замену преподавателя, перенос занятия или взаимозамену дисциплин). Обеспечивает соблюдение санитарных норм при составлении расписания. Выявляет резервы для оптимизации: предлагает, как равномернее загрузить помещения и эффективнее использовать оборудование. Своевременно знакомит преподавателей и студентов с утверждённым расписанием. Участвует в оценке расписания и вносит предложения по его совершенствованию. Работает в тесной связи с заместителями директора, руководителями структурных подразделений и методическими объединениями. Выполняет правила по охране труда и пожарной безопасности. Соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, сохраняет конфиденциальность служебной информации и персональных данных.

Образование: Среднее профессиональное или высшее. педагогическое ( Педагогика, Профессиональное обучение, Управление в образовании ) и др. IT или смежные технические ( Прикладная информатика, Автоматизация и управление, Информационные системы ) и др. Навыки и знания: Уверенное владение компьютером, навыки ведения документации и отчётности, понимание требований к организации образовательного процесса и правил составления расписания (учёт нагрузки, аудиторного фонда, санитарных норм). Базовые навыки работы с офисным пакетом (Excel, Word, Outlook), готовность осваивать внутренние системы колледжа. Личные качества: организованность, внимательность к деталям, стрессоустойчивость, умение оперативно решать нестандартные задачи, навыки делового общения. Дополнительные условия: возможно совмещение с преподавательской деятельностью. Наличие медицинской книжки. Справка об отсутствии судимости.
