Ведет кадровый учет и кадровое делопроизводство: - ведет учет личного состава организации в соответствии с утвержденными в организации формами первичной учетной документации; - оформляет прием, перевод, увольнение работников, направление в служебные командировки, предоставление отпусков, привлечение к дисциплинарной ответственности; - формирует и ведет личные дела работников, вносит в них изменения, связанные с трудовой деятельностью; - заполняет, учитывает и хранит трудовые книжки; - ведет учет предоставления отпусков работникам, осуществляет контроль за составлением и соблюдением графиков очередных отпусков; - вносит информацию о количественном, качественном составе работников и их движении в базу данных о персонале организации, следит за его своевременным обновлением и пополнением; - выдает справки о настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности работников; - ведет учет, проверяет правильность оформления листков нетрудоспособности и проводит заполнение соответствующих граф в части внесения сведений о страховом стаже для определения размера пособия по временной нетрудоспособности; - контролирует своевременное составление табелей учета рабочего времени администрации, бухгалтерии, административно-управленческого персонала колледжа; - составляет установленную отчетность; - обеспечивает хранение в отделе кадров кадровой документации (трудовые договора, приказы по личному составу и их основания, журналы учета и т.д.); - ведет воинский учет и бронирование работников; - обеспечивает своевременную сдачу отчетов по квотированию инвалидов. - подает представления на награждения сотрудников в Министерство образования и науки Хабаровского края

Кандидат должен иметь высшее либо среднее профессиональное образование по направлению "Управление персоналом" или "Юриспруденция" без предъявления требований к стажу работы либо имеющее высшее образование по иным специальностям или направлениям и опыт работы в кадровой службе/службе персонала не менее трех лет.
