Мы не ищем человека только раздающего распоряжения и контролирующего дисциплину, нам нужен человек подающий пример и воодушевляющий своих подчиненных на достижение высоких целей. Нам нужен человек гибкого склада ума, умеющий адаптироваться под быстро меняющиеся задачи, и окружающую действительность.
