2.1. Разрабатывать план работы специалиста, обеспечивать его выполнение в полном объеме. 2.2. Обеспечивать соблюдение и защиту прав и законных интересов семей и несовершеннолетних. 2.3. Консультировать граждан по вопросам социального обслуживания и реализации льгот и преимуществ, установленных действующим законодательством. 2.4. Выявлять и вести учет на территории, обслуживаемой учреждением, семьи и несовершеннолетних, находящихся в социально опасном положении, семьи группы риска, семьи и несовершеннолетних, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, и нуждающихся в предоставлении различных видов социальных услуг. 2.5. Осуществлять социальное сопровождение учетных семей. 2.6. Участвовать в реализации мероприятий комплексного межведомственного плана индивидуальной профилактической работы. 2.7. Вести баз данных семей и несовершеннолетних, состоящих на учете в отделении. 2.8. Оказывать социальные услуги, содействовать в оформлении документов на получение различных видов помощи, льгот, пособий. 2.9. Обследовать условия проживания семей и несовершеннолетних. 2.10. Взаимодействовать с учреждениями системы профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних района (выезд, рейды, телефонная связь). 2.11. Подготавливать информацию для заседания комиссии по делам несовершеннолетних. 2.12. Осуществлять приобретение, сбор и накопление одежды, обуви, предметов домашнего обихода и других предметов первой необходимости, вести их учет и выдачу остро нуждающимся семьям с детьми. 2.13. Осуществлять связь с предприятиями различных форм собственности, частными лицами по оказанию благотворительной помощи семьям с детьми, оказавшимся в трудной жизненной ситуации. 2.14. Оформлять учетную и отчетную документацию по работе отделения в целом, с несением ответственности за ее правильность и за сохранность конфиденциальных сведений и недопущение их разглашений. 2.15. Оформлять документы для аренды предметов первой необходимости детям до двух лет. 2.16. Осуществлять выдачу предметов первой необходимости детям до двух лет. 2.17. Консультировать женщин, желающих иметь детей, или женщин, находящихся в состоянии репродуктивного выбора, по вопросам доступных мер социальной поддержки, социальных услуг, условий их предоставления и получения, служба патронажа в женской консультации. 2.18. Формировать пакет документов на новогодние подарки детям из малоимущих семей и семей участников специальной военной операции. 2.19. Вести работу по выдаче новогодних подарков детям из малоимущих семей и семей участников специальной военной операции. 2.20. Принимать участие в межведомственных акциях и профилактических операциях, реализации комплексных программ, проводимых на территории района. 2.21.
