Должностные обязанности: Выполнение на швейных машинах (универсальных и специальных) операционного пошива деталей и узлов швейных изделий. Контроль качества кроя, соответствия цвета деталей, ниток и фурнитуры. Регулировка натяжения нитей, частоты строчки и давления лапки под тип ткани. Соблюдение технологической последовательности обработки изделий (поузловая или готовая сборка). Устранение мелких неполадок в работе обслуживаемого оборудования (замена игл, заправка нитей). Профессиональные навыки: Знание устройства и правил эксплуатации промышленных швейных машин (прямострочки, оверлоки, плоскошовки). Понимание видов, свойств и специфики обработки различных материалов (трикотаж, текстиль, кожа). Умение читать технологические карты изделий. Высокая скорость работы, аккуратность, исполнительность и развитая мелкая моторика.

Опыт работы: Опыт работы на промышленном швейном производстве от 1 года. Знание Конструкции, правил эксплуатации и регулировки обслуживаемых промышленных швейных машин (универсальных, специальных, оверлоков). Виды, свойства, назначение и специфику пошива применяемых материалов и ниток. Технологию выполнения швейных операций, методы и приемы поузловой обработки и сборки изделий. Причины возникновения дефектов (посадка, пропуск стежков, обрыв нити) и способы их предупреждения/устранения. Правила охраны труда, техники безопасности и производственной санитарии на швейном производстве. Кандидат должен уметь: Выполнять технологические операции по пошиву деталей, узлов и готовых изделий в соответствии с техническим заданием или технологической картой. Работать на высокой скорости с сохранением стабильного качества строчки (соблюдение норм выработки и темпа потока). Контролировать качество кроя, соответствие цвета деталей, ниток и фурнитуры. Проводить мелкое техническое обслуживание рабочего места (замена игл, заправка нитей, очистка и смазка машин). Личные и психофизиологические качества Высокая концентрация внимания, усидчивость и аккуратность. Хорошая координация движений рук и развитая мелкая моторика. Дисциплинированность и умение работать в команде
