The posting

- Составление (оформление) первичных учетных документов хозяйственной деятельности учреждения, принятие их к учету; - Выявление случаев нарушения ответственными лицами графика документооборота и порядка представления в отдел бухгалтерского учета, планирования и кадрового обеспечения первичных учетных документов и информирование об этом главного бухгалтера учреждения; - Проверка первичных учетных документов в отношении формы, полноты оформления, реквизитов; - Систематизация первичных учетных документов текущего отчетного периода в соответствии с учетной политикой; - Обеспечение данными для проведения инвентаризации активов и обязательств экономического субъекта в соответствии с учетной политикой учреждения; - Составление по мере обработки документов оборотно-сальдовых ведомостей, ведомостей учета материальных ценностей, товаров услуг; - Проведение плановых и внеплановых инвентаризаций; - Контролирует соблюдение сроков предоставления бухгалтерской отчетности по финансовой деятельности учреждения; - Следит за исполнением и сроками выполнения договорных обязательств;

Требования к образованию и обучению работника: Среднее профессиональное образование - программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена; Дополнительное профессиональное образование по специальным программам; Требования к опыту практической работы: При специальной подготовке по учету и контролю не менее трех лет. Высшее профессиональное образование. Необходимые умения: Сопоставлять данные аналитического учета с оборотами и остатками по счетам синтетического учета на последний календарный день каждого месяца; Готовить различные справки, готовить ответы на запросы, содержащие информацию, формируемую в системе бухгалтерского учета; Пользоваться компьютерными программами для ведения бухгалтерского учета, информационными и справочно-правовыми системами, оргтехникой; Обеспечивать сохранность регистров бухгалтерского учета до передачи их в архив; Исправлять ошибки, допущенные при ведении бухгалтерского учета, в соответствии с установленными правилами. Необходимые знания: Основы законодательства Российской Федерации о бухгалтерском учете, о налогах и сборах, об архивном деле, в области социального и медицинского страхования, пенсионного обеспечения, о хранении и изъятии регистров бухгалтерского учета, а также гражданского, трудового, таможенного законодательства; Практика применения законодательства Российской Федерации по бухгалтерскому учету; Внутренние организационно-распорядительные документы экономического субъекта, регламентирующие особенности группировки информации, содержащейся в первичных учетных документах, правила хранения документов и защиты информации в экономическом субъекте; Основы экономики, технологии, организации производства и управления в экономическом субъекте. Основы информатики и вычислительной техники.
