ДОЛЖНОСТНЫЕ ОБЯЗАННОСТИ 1. Работник исполняет следующие должностные обязанности: 3.1.1. Организует работу по обеспечению подразделений Института, отдельных специалистов и пользователей доступом к электронным источникам научной, научно-методической, учебной и другой литературы. 3.1.2. Осуществляет работы по организации доступа сотрудников Института и прочих пользователей к удаленным библиотечным системам. 3.1.3. Принимает меры по: - созданию условий для своевременного удовлетворения запросов на электронные источники и информацию; - совершенствованию обслуживания пользователей; - повышению оперативности информационной работы. 3.1.4. Осуществляет хранение и систематизацию поступающей информации в виде электронных источников научно-методической и учебной информации, создает и поддерживает электронный библиотечный каталог. 3.1.5. Принимает участие в организации методических семинаров, вебинаров, просветительских и образовательных мероприятий. 3.1.6. Участвует в планировании и проведении мероприятий по повышению информационной культуры слушателей. 3.1.7. Ведет анализ и систематизацию нормативно-правовой документации, методических материалов, научно-методической литературы, материалов СМИ по вопросам образования. 3.1.8. Проводит индивидуальные консультации пользователей по работе в медиатеке, по видам предоставляемых медиатекой услуг. 3.1.9. Контролирует легальность использования информации, полученной по сети использование сайтов, разрешенных в рамках образовательных программ. 3.1.10. Следит за корректностью работы установленных программ и своевременным их обновлением. 3.1.11. Следит за ограничением доступа посетителей к запрещенным ресурсам или сайтам, содержащим информацию насильственного и безнравственного характера. 3.1.12. Ведет необходимую документацию (журнал регистрации посетителей зоны индивидуальной работы медиатеки, журнал регистрации пользователей в сети Интернет и пр.) 3.1.13. Осуществляет систематическое пополнение и обновление медиатеки. 3.1.14. Участвует в определении потребностей медиатеки в оборудовании, информационных средствах и других ресурсах.
