Специалист-эксперт. Разрабатывать нормативно-правовые акты, направленные на совершенствование системы социального обслуживания в части привлечения негосударственных организаций к предоставлению социальных услуг; организовывать взаимодействие с общественными организациями и иными организациями, действующими в интересах граждан пожилого возраста, ветеранов и инвалидов, несовершеннолетних и семей с детьми; разрабатывать предложения по рационализации, автоматизации и модернизации технологий социального обслуживания в сфере социального обслуживания и социальной защиты граждан пожилого возраста, ветеранов и инвалидов, демографической ситуации; разрабатывать программы и проекты, связанные с развитием механизма участия негосударственных поставщиков и общественных организаций в процессе предоставления социальных услуг и внедрением технологий социальной работы; подготавливать информационные материалы для СМИ, связанные с деятельностью общественных организаций и некоммерческих поставщиков социальных услуг; подготавливать предложения по повышению эффективности реализации социальной политики в организациях, осуществляющих предоставление социальных услуг; оказывать методическую и консультативную помощь негосударственным поставщикам социальных услуг и общественным организациям; вести учет негосударственных поставщиков социальных услуг, подготавливать аналитическую информацию, касающуюся деятельности социально ориентированных некоммерческих организаций (далее также СНКО, СОНКО); организовывать и участвовать в перспективном и оперативном планировании работы с общественными организациями и негосударственными поставщиками социальных услуг; участвовать в организации и проведении мероприятий по вопросам, связанным с реализацией на территории Республики Карелия государственной политики в сфере социального обслуживания; организовывать работу по привлечению ресурсов организаций, общественных объединений и частных лиц к взаимодействию в сфере социального обслуживания; консультировать руководителей и добровольцев СОНКО в разработке и реализации социально-значимых проектов и программ; участвовать в экспертной оценке социально-значимых проектов в рамках конкурсных комиссий и рабочих групп, составлять отчетность и проводить информирование населения о государственных услугах.

Умение составлять отчетность, консультировать по вопросам технологий социального обслуживания, проводить обучающие мероприятия (семинары, вебинары и т.п.), писать статьи на заданную тему. Работа осуществляется на территории работодателя, дистанционный формат работы не предусматривается.
