The posting

Осуществляет руководство отделом в соответствии с положением об отделе. Организовывает и обеспечивает: предоставление муниципальных услуг; установление, изменение, отмена муниципальных маршрутов на территории города Урай; разработка концепции и программы развития транспортно-дорожного комплекса; разработка основных направлений инвестиционной политики в области развития жилищно-коммунального комплекса, автомобильных дорог местного значения; координация в пределах полномочий деятельности предприятий и организаций жилищно-коммунального комплекса в сфере благоустройства, капитальных ремонтов, реконструкции и ремонта объектов, а также содержания автомобильных дорог, объектов внешнего благоустройства и детских городков города Урай; ведение реестра парковок общего пользования на автомобильных дорогах общего пользования; координация взаимодействия всех видов транспорта;принятие решения о временном ограничении или прекращении движения транспортных средств; ежегодное утверждение перечней аварийно-опасных участков дорог. Является муниципальным инспектором по осуществлению муниципального контроля на автомобильном транспорте, городском наземном электрическом транспорте и в дорожном хозяйстве.

Высшее образование по специальности, направлению подготовки Государственное и муниципальное управление, Менеджемент, Экономика, Юриспруденция, Технология транспортных процессов, Наземные транспортно-технологические комплексы, Эксплуатация транспортно-технологических машин и комплексов, Транспортные средства специального назначения, Строительство, эксплуатация, восстановление и технологическое прикрытие автомобильных дорог, мостов и тоннелей, Жилищное хозяйство и коммунальная инфраструктура . Не менее двух лет стажа муниципальной службы или стажа работы по специальности Знания: знание государственного языка РФ (русского языка); Конституции РФ; ФЗ от 06.10.2003 №131-ФЗ Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в РФ; ФЗ от 02.03.2007 №25-ФЗ О муниципальной службе в РФ; ФЗ от 25.12.2008 №273-ФЗ О противодействии коррупции; ФЗ от 20.03.2025 №33-ФЗ Об общих принципах организации местного самоуправления в единой системе публичной власти; Закона ХМАО Югры от 20.07.2007 №113-оз Об отдельных вопросах муниципальной службы в ХМАО Югре; правовые акты Российской Федерации, Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа - Югры, муниципальных правовых актов, необходимых для надлежащего исполнения должностных обязанностей. Умения: 1) управлять персоналом; 2) самостоятельно принимать управленческие решения в пределах своих полномочий; 3) прогнозировать последствия принятых решений; 4) создания и поддерживать эффективные взаимоотношения в коллективе; 5) планировать рабочее время; 6) взаимодействовать в пределах своих полномочий с федеральными органами государственной власти, органами государственной власти Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа - Югры, органами местного самоуправления, органами администрации города Урай, организациями независимо от их организационно-правовых форм и форм собственности, гражданами; 7) работать с письмами, жалобами, заявлениями граждан; 8) применять законодательные и нормативные акты.
