Обязанности врача-детского уролога Оценка тяжести состояния пациента, установление диагноза основного и сопутствующих заболеваний, их осложнений. Составление плана обследования с учётом характера патологического процесса и наличия сопутствующих заболеваний. Определение необходимого объёма обследования, этапов диагностических мероприятий, выбор рациональных методов обследования. Организация и проведение специальных диагностических исследований и врачебных манипуляций, предусмотренных программой подготовки. Определение показаний к оперативному лечению, проведение предоперационной подготовки, послеоперационное ведение больного. Назначение необходимой лекарственной терапии . Обоснование наиболее целесообразной техники операции и выполнение её в необходимом объёме. Осуществление реабилитации больных в течение всего периода наблюдения. Организация мероприятий по раннему выявлению и профилактике заболеваний и врождённых пороков мочевыделительной и репродуктивной систем, формирование группы повышенного риска и проведение диспансерного наблюдения. Оказание консультативной помощи врачам других специальностей и консультирование пациентов у врачей других специальностей. Ведение медицинской документации установленного образца. Анализ показателей работы, формулировка и внесение предложений по совершенствованию лечения и профилактики. Соблюдение правил охраны труда и санитарно-эпидемиологического режима при проведении лечения и диагностических процедур. Контроль правильности выполнения лечебно-диагностических процедур и манипуляций, эксплуатации инструментария, аппаратуры и оборудования средним и младшим медицинским персоналом. Участие в проведении мероприятий, направленных на формирование здорового образа жизни и сохранение репродуктивного здоровья. Высшее образование - специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия и подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности Детская урология-андрология или Высшее образование - специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия, подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности Детская хирургия или Урология и дополнительное профессиональное образование - профессиональная переподготовка по специальности Детская урология-андрология
