The posting

Мониторинг всех конкурсных отборов Российского спортивного фонда, релевантных для школьного, студенческого и взрослого массового футбола и прочей деятельности департамента. Формирование перечня мероприятий департамента, планируемых к финансированию за счет средств дополнительного финансирования проектов, и подготовка обоснования потребности. Участие в формировании заявок от департамента в качестве единого окна взаимодействия с финансовым департаментом и департаментом стратегии и аналитики для согласования плановых целевых показателей, итоговой калькуляции заявки и предоставления пакета подтверждающих документов. Разработка детализированных смет по проектам для получения финансирования Фонда. Контроль финансирования: Формирование заявок на потребность в системе 1С:УХ с приложением ТЗ и направление её на согласование. Сопровождение закупочных процедур: контроль соответствия проектов договоров условиям Соглашения с Фондом и смете мероприятия. Сбор, систематизация и первичная проверка закрывающих документов от контрагентов (акты, накладные, счета, посадочные талоны, билеты участников/судей). Подготовка финансовой и содержательной отчетности по итогам мероприятий. Контроль за достижением заявленных в конкурсных заявках целей (KPI). Сбор и систематизация подтверждающих документов для полугодовых и годовых отчетов о достижении целевых показателей (по запросу ДСА). Прохождение проверок целевого использования средств (подготовка ответов на запросы Фонда и подразделений).

Образование высшее (экономика, финансы, бухучет, юриспруденция или менеджмент в сфере физической культуры и спорта). Успешный опыт написания и закрытия грантов (Фонд президентских грантов, РСФ, Минспорт, региональные министерства) от 1 года . Опыт работы в спортивных федерациях, НКО или госучреждениях, работающих с целевым (бюджетным/ грантовым) финансированием. Идеальное знание делопроизводства, связанного с подачей и отчетностью по грантам и финансированию из фондов. Умение читать и составлять детализированные сметы, понимание принципов раздельного учета расходов. Уверенное владение MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 1С . Опыт работы в системах электронного документооборота (Tessa), порталах закупок и системах проверки контрагентов. Понимание специфики организации массовых спортивных мероприятий (ЕКП, работа с судьями, волонтерами, образовательными организациями будет преимуществом.
