Снятие и сверка показаний приборов учёта. Контролёр снимает показания индивидуальных (ИПУ) и общедомовых (ОДПУ) счётчиков воды, проверяет достоверность переданных абонентами данных, выявляет расхождения. Контроль состояния приборов учёта. Проверка исправности счётчиков, наличия и целостности пломб, отсутствия несанкционированных вмешательств, правильности монтажа, сроков поверки. Оформление актов. Составление актов осмотра, актов о несанкционированном вмешательстве, актов о неисправности/снятии с учёта, актов ввода в эксплуатацию после поверки или замены. Расчёт объёмов водопотребления и водоотведения. Определение объёмов по показаниям, нормативам (при отсутствии счётчика или нарушении пломб), повышающим коэффициентам, а также расчёт по пропускной способности при выявлении самовольного подключения. Формирование и передача данных для начислений. Подготовка ведомостей и реестров показаний, передача в расчётный отдел или ввод в биллинговую систему; контроль корректности отражённых лицевых счетов и адресов.

От 1 года в сфере ЖКХ, ресурсоснабжающих организациях, эксплуатации инженерных сетей либо на смежных должностях (техник, обходчик, контролёр, оператор биллинга). Опыт работы с абонентами (разъяснения, вручение предписаний, досудебное урегулирование задолженности).
