разрабатывать, восстанавливать и сопровождать требования к программному обеспечению/ продукту на протяжении их жизненного цикла; осуществлять концептуальное, функциональное и логическое проектирование системы среднего и крупного масштаба и сложности; осуществлять экспертизу и практическое применение лучших практик в части метрик и бизнес-аналитике в рамках задач сопровождения цифровых аналитических платформ; осуществлять экспертное заключение на базе лучших практик и организацию процессов, сбора, обработки и верификации информационных данных совместно со смежными подразделениями Заказчика; осуществлять классификацию, нормализацию и гармонизацию данных совместно со смежными подразделениями Заказчика; осуществлять экспертизу и практическое применение лучших практик по совершенствованию структуры данных и непрерывности процесса, подходов к организации сервисов предоставления информации (аналитических даш-бордов на базе цифровых аналитических платформ)

- планировать проектные работы; - выбирать методики разработки требований к системе и шаблоны документов требований к системе; - строить схемы причинно-следственных связей; - изучать предметные области; - моделировать бизнес-процессы; - анализировать влияния изменений; - разрабатывать технико-экономическое обоснование; - декомпозировать функции на подфункции; - разрабатывать структуры типовых документов; - формулировать задачи и требования к результатам аналитических работ и методам их выполнения; - исполнять ручные тесты; - управлять спорами и конфликтами; - проводить совещания рабочих групп, интервью, семинары, демонстрации и презентации
