Какие задачи необходимо решать: Организация, контроль и выполнение задач по разработке рабочей документации, исполнительной документации, контроль осуществления монтажных работ силами отдела и с привлечением сторонних организаций Взаимодействие с подрядными организациями и арендаторами по вопросу соблюдения требований к осуществлению проектной деятельности, СМР и ПНР Подготовка планов и отчётов по направлению деятельности, участие в формировании и реализации БДР Осуществление закупочных процедур в порядке, установленном на предприятии Разработка карт технологических процессов обслуживания систем пожарной сигнализации, систем оповещения и управления эвакуацией людей при пожаре, автоматической установки пожаротушения всех типов (включая автономные установки пожаротушения); инструкций по эксплуатации СППЗ, инструкции по взаимодействию при сработке СПС; мероприятий, направленных на повышение эффективности работы систем пожарной сигнализации, систем оповещения и управления эвакуацией людей при пожаре, автоматической установки пожаротушения всех типов (включая автономные установки пожаротушения)

Для решения этих задач требуется: Высшее образование (электротехническое), дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы повышения квалификации, программы профессиональной переподготовки в области, соответствующей виду профессиональной деятельности Опыт работы - не менее 3 (трёх) лет по направлению деятельности (в области систем противопожарной защиты) Знание конструктивных особенностей и назначения автоматических систем противопожарной защиты, правил их эксплуатации; нормативных требований к обслуживанию и эксплуатации СППЗ; нормативных требований к проектированию и оформлению РД и ИД; принципов работы со специализированным программным обеспечением, предназначенным для настройки и диагностики обслуживаемого оборудования; принципов работы в AutoCAD (чтение, корректировка схем) и других аналогичных программных продуктов Наличие подтверждённого опыта в создании и корректировке проектов, ВОР, ЛСР, исполнительной документации по СППЗ, разработке инструкции, технологических карт на эксплуатацию оборудования СППЗ
