Участвовать в реализации проектных задач структурного подразделения (в том числе, проектов Академии Минпросвещения РФ), дополнительных профессиональных программ повышения квалификации, мероприятий в рамках функционирования единой федеральной системы научно методического сопровождения педагогических работников и управленческих кадров по актуальным направлениям деятельности в образовательных организациях общего и дополнительного образования; осуществлять методическое сопровождение непрерывного повышения профессионального мастерства педагогических работников: учителей, работников дошкольного образования, педагогов дополнительного образования детей, методистов методических служб, руководителей общеобразовательных организаций; участвовать в реализации программ ДПО в соответствии с планом деятельности ЦНППМ; сопровождать обмен и распространение позитивного опыта профессиональной деятельности педагогических работников, организацию деятельности стажировочных площадок; по распоряжению директора ЦНППМ взаимодействовать с муниципальными методическими службами в рамках Соглашений о сотрудничестве; со структурными подразделениями института; методическими объединениями и методическими советами образовательных организаций общего образования; обеспечивать своевременность и качество ведения организационной, методической и другого вида документации по направлению работы.

Старший методист должен знать: - методологические основы современного профессионального образования, и (или) дополнительного профессионального образования; - перспективные направления развития профессионального образования и ДПО; - требования профессиональных стандартов и иных квалификационных характеристик (в зависимости от вида образовательной программы); - порядок использования примерных или типовых образовательных программ; - виды оценочных средств, в том числе, соответствующих требованиям компетентностного подхода в образовании и (или) ориентированных на оценку квалификации и выявление профессиональных дефицитов и образовательных потребностей педагогических работников; - современные подходы к обеспечению функционирования системы научно методического сопровождения педагогических работников и управленческих кадров; - теорию и практику реализации индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов, разработанных по результатам выявления профессиональных дефицитов педагогических работников и управленческих кадров; - теорию и практику организации и реализации горизонтального обучения и программ повышения квалификации на основе стажировки; - современные подходы к организации тьюторского сопровождения педагогических работников при реализации индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов непрерывного повышения профессионального мастерства; - теорию и практику фасилитации переноса приобретенных (усовершенствованных) профессиональных компетенций в ежедневную педагогическую практику.
