Выписывать и регистрировать расходные кассовые ордера. Проверять обоснованность расходования наличных денежных средств подотчетными лицами. Составлять ежемесячно расшифровку расходов в разрезе разделов, подразделов и статей экономической классификации. Производить начисление работникам администрации заработной платы и иных. Составлять ежемесячно журнал ордер № 6 Расчеты по оплате труда . Исполнять функции налогового агента по удержанию из заработной платы налога на доходы физических лиц, начислению страховых взносов. Производить расчет фонда оплаты труда администрации, рассчитывать в соответствии со штатным расписанием экономию фонда оплаты труда. Оформлять расчетно-платежные ведомости на получение заработной платы. Составлять расчетные листки по заработной плате. Составлять ежемесячную, квартальную и годовую статистическую отчетность по численности и заработной плате. Составлять отчетность в Пенсионный фонд. 11 Готовить и предоставлять ежеквартально документы по персонифицированному учету по сотрудникам. Предоставлять в налоговую инспекцию отчеты по налогу на доходы физических лиц. Составлять отчеты по сети, штатам и контингентам. Отчет о среднесписочной численности в ИФНС. Оформлять справки о совокупном доходе, средней заработной плате и т.д. Составлять сводный отчет о расходах и численности работников ОМС по форме 14МО. Составлять расчет на установление лимита остатка кассы. Составлять ежеквартально отчетность по расходам на оплату труда сотрудников и свод отчетности по подведомственным получателям бюджетных средств. Разрабатывать порядок составления, утверждения, ведения бюджетных смет подведомственных муниципальных казенных учреждений и плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности муниципальных бюджетных и автономных учреждений. Наделять полномочиями администратора доходов бюджета городского округа ЗАТО Свободный подведомственных администрации учреждений, закреплять коды доходов за администраторами и вносить изменения при необходимости. Составлять бюджетную роспись главного распорядителя бюджетных средств на очередной финансовый год в соответствии с требованиями действующего законодательства. Формировать лимиты бюджетных обязательств отдельно по каждому бюджетополучателю в разрезе экономической и функциональной классификации расходов бюджетов РФ в программу по исполнению бюджета. Доводить лимиты бюджетных обязательств и бюджетные ассигнования до бюджетополучателей в течение 5 дней с момента утверждения бюджета.

Обладать знаниями, которые необходимы для исполнения должностных обязанностей. Предусмотрено проведение конкурса на замещение данной должности.
