The posting

Разработка технологии изготовления деталей по чертежам и 3D-моделям. Создание, проверка и корректировка управляющих программ (УП) для фрезерных станков с ЧПУ. Подбор режущего инструмента, оснастки и режимов резания. Наладка станка: установка и базирование заготовки, привязка инструмента, ввод коррекций. Изготовление деталей, контроль процесса обработки и износа инструмента. Контроль размеров, геометрии и качества поверхностей готовых деталей. Выявление и устранение причин отклонений, оптимизация процесса обработки. Ведение технологической документации, поддержание актуальных УП. Регламентное обслуживание станка в пределах обязанностей оператора, соблюдение правил внутреннего распорядка, пожарной безопасности и охраны труда.

Образование: высшее техническое (машиностроение, технология машиностроения, автоматизация технологических процессов, конструкторско-технологическое обеспечение и др.). Опыт работы на производстве от 3 лет по профилю. Профессиональные навыки: Чтение чертежей и 3D-моделей: понимание допусков, посадок и требований к шероховатости. Технология обработки: разработка технологии фрезерной обработки, выбор баз и схем закрепления. CAD/CAM и УП: создание и отладка управляющих программ, знание G- и M-кодов. Инструмент и режимы: подбор режущего инструмента, расчёт режимов резания. Наладка: наладка фрезерных станков с ЧПУ, привязка инструмента и заготовки, ввод коррекций. Контроль: владение измерительным инструментом, контроль размеров и геометрии деталей. Диагностика: выявление причин брака, износа инструмента и нестабильной обработки. Оптимизация: улучшение обработки по точности, качеству поверхности и времени изготовления.
