The posting

Административная поддержка и документооборот: ведение и оформление документов в 1С (выставление счетов, проведение реализаций, распечатка накладных), контроль возврата подписанных оригиналов документов от клиентов. Документооборот: отправка и получение закрывающих документов. Контроль сделок: ежедневный мониторинг статусов заказов, своевременности отгрузок и дебиторской задолженности. Аналитика и прайсы: составление регулярных отчетов и сводных таблиц в Excel, актуализация действующих прайс-листов, мониторинг цен конкурентов, подготовка коммерческих предложений (КП). Взаимодействие: оперативная коммуникация со смежными подразделениями компании (склад, логистика, бухгалтерия) для решения текущих вопросов по отгрузкам. Оперативная помощь: отправка корреспонденции курьерскими службами, частичное замещение менеджеров на время их отсутствия, своевременное информирование руководителя о проблемах и отклонениях. Работа в системах: заполнение CRM-системы ( AmoCRM ), оформление и сопровождение ветеринарных сопроводительных документов (ВСД) в системе ФГИС Меркурий - будет преимуществом.

Опыт работы: на позициях координатора, оператора 1С, помощника руководителя или специалиста бэк-офиса отдела продаж в сфере FMCG (продукты питания) будет Вашим ключевым преимуществом. Технические навыки: уверенный пользователь ПК (Word, Excel умение работать с фильтрами и формулами), хорошее знание 1С:8.3 и опыт работы в CRM ( AmoCRM или аналогичных системах). Профессиональные знания: понимание правил ведения первичной документации (знание, как выглядят и заполняются ТОРГ-12, УПД, акты сверок, доверенности). Если нет опыта работы во ФГИС Меркурий готовы обучить на практике. Личные качества: аналитический склад ума, высокая степень ответственности, внимание к деталям, системность и способность сохранять фокус в условиях многозадачности.
