0,75 ст Библиотечно-информационное обслуживание пользователей: Регистрация и перерегистрация пользователей, информирование о правилах пользования библиотекой, её ресурсах и услугах (в стационарном и дистанционном режимах). Приём и выполнение информационных запросов пользователей (адресных, тематических, уточняющих и фактографических) с использованием справочно-поискового аппарата библиотеки и ресурсов интернета. Консультирование пользователей по правилам составления запросов и методике поиска информации в справочно-поисковом аппарате и электронных ресурсах библиотеки. Выдача и приём документов, продление срока пользования, расстановка возвращённых изданий в фонд, мелкий ремонт. Бронирование заказанных документов для удалённых пользователей, подготовка электронных копий. Оформление заказов по межбиблиотечному абонементу и выполнение запросов в режиме электронной доставки документов. Организация выставок (в традиционном и цифровом формате). Работа с пользователями, не вернувшими документы в срок. Работа с фондом и учёт: Учёт поступлений документов в фонд, проведение проверок библиотечного фонда. Организация открытого доступа к фонду и создание системы навигации по нему. Ведение рабочего аппарата фондохранения, мониторинг сохранности фонда. Списание дублетной, малоспрашиваемой и ветхой литературы. Методическая и организационная работа: Участие в разработке и реализации программ развития библиотеки, планов библиотечного обслуживания населения. Организация и проведение библиотечных мероприятий (сценарий, распределение обязанностей, привлечение волонтёров). Изучение информационных потребностей и запросов пользователей для повышения эффективности обслуживания. Участие в научно-исследовательской и методической работе библиотеки. Проведение семинаров для библиотекарей филиалов и библиотечных пунктов. Анализ эффективности библиотечных мероприятий. Работа с цифровыми технологиями: Использование автоматизированной библиотечно-информационной системы и других цифровых технологий для обслуживания пользователей. Информирование пользователей о возможностях библиотечного сайта/портала и оказание консультативной помощи.

Знания и умения. основы библиотечного дела, каталогизацию, работу с электронными ресурсами; консультирование пользователей, организация мероприятий, работа с фондом; Морально-этические качества. ответственность, доброжелательность, умения соблюдать принципы гуманности и справедливости.
