Стратегическое и бизнес-планирование: участвовать в разработке стратегии компании в части финансово-экономических показателей; формировать систему целевых KPI и контролировать их достижение; координировать подготовку бизнес-планов и инвестиционных программ подразделений. Бюджетирование и финансовое планирование: организовывать процесс формирования годового и оперативного бюджетов; контролировать исполнение бюджетов, анализировать отклонения и предлагать меры по их устранению; разрабатывать и актуализировать регламенты бюджетного процесса. Управленческий учёт и отчётность: выстраивать и совершенствовать систему управленческого учёта; обеспечивать формирование регулярной управленческой отчётности (по прибыли, денежным потокам, рентабельности направлений и др.); внедрять единые методики расчёта себестоимости, маржинальности, окупаемости проектов. Экономический анализ и эффективность: проводить комплексный экономический анализ деятельности компании и её подразделений; оценивать экономическую эффективность проектов, сделок, новых направлений; выявлять резервы снижения затрат и повышения доходности, готовить предложения по оптимизации. Управление затратами и себестоимостью: формировать нормативы затрат, контролировать соблюдение лимитов; анализировать структуру затрат, выявлять неэффективные статьи расходов; участвовать в формировании ценовой политики и политики скидок с учётом экономической целесообразности. Инвестиции и капитальные вложения: оценивать инвестиционные проекты по критериям окупаемости, NPV, IRR и др.; контролировать реализацию инвестиционных программ, соблюдение сроков и бюджетов; готовить аналитические заключения по сделкам M A, партнёрствам, совместным проектам. Взаимодействие с подразделениями и контроль: методически сопровождать экономические процессы в подразделениях; проверять корректность расчётов, обоснованность заявок на финансирование; организовывать внутренние проверки и аудиты по экономическим вопросам (совместно со службой внутреннего контроля). Работа с внешними контрагентами и регуляторами: взаимодействовать с банками, инвесторами, консультантами по вопросам финансирования и оценки эффективности; представлять экономические обоснования и расчёты для согласования с акционерами, советом директоров, контролирующими органами.

Знание иностранных языков приветствуется.
