The posting

Загружать исходные заготовки (пруток) в рабочую зону, соблюдая правила ориентации и позиционирования. Управлять работой пресса, наблюдать за процессом штамповки или прессования, контролировать качество получаемых изделий. Своевременно удалять готовые изделия и отходы (облой, обрезь) из рабочей зоны пресса. Проводить выборочный или сплошной контроль качества готовых изделий с помощью контрольно-измерительного инструмента и визуально на соответствие чертежу. При необходимости производить подналадку оборудования и оснастки в процессе работы для устранения возникающих дефектов. Выявлять и устранять мелкие неисправности в работе пресса и оснастки (например, заменять смазку, подтягивать крепления). Выполнять ежесменное техническое обслуживание: очищать, смазывать пресс, убирать рабочую зону от стружки и отходов. Строго соблюдать правила охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности, требования инструкции по охране труда для прессовщика. Содержать вверенное оборудование, оснастку, инструмент и рабочее место в чистоте и порядке. Экономно и рационально расходовать материалы, электроэнергию, инструмент. Выполнять распоряжения непосредственного руководителя, связанные с трудовой деятельностью.

Необходимо знать: Устройство и принцип работы прессов, вспомогательного оборудования. Правила технической эксплуатации и обслуживания оборудования. Технологические процессы прессования для разных материалов. Свойства обрабатываемых материалов и влияние параметров процесса (температура, давление, время выдержки) на качество изделия. Устройство и принцип работы оснастки (штампы, матрицы, пресс-формы). Правила применения контрольно-измерительных приборов и средств автоматики. Требования охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности.
