разработка проектов или предварительная проверка проектов договоров (контрактов) и дополнительных соглашений к ним; учет и хранение находящихся в производстве Университета и законченных исполнением судебных дел, исполнительных производств; ведение претензионной работы и представление интересов университета в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражном суде, а также в государственных, административных и общественных органах при рассмотрении правовых вопросов; правовая помощь структурным подразделениям университета в подготовке и оформлении различного рода правовых документов, участие в подготовке обоснованных ответов и претензий; участие в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности имущества Череповецкого государственного университета; изучение, анализ и обобщение результатов рассмотрения претензий, судебных дел, практики заключения и исполнения договоров с целью разработки предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков и улучшении деятельности Череповецкого государственного университета; ведение всех судебных дел, в том числе дел по рассмотрению административных правонарушений; юридическая экспертиза проектов локальных нормативных актов, представленных органами управления Череповецкого государственного университета; подготовка доверенностей, связанных с обеспечением заключения и исполнения гражданско-правовых договоров, выполнением иных полномочий, делегированных ректором; представление интересов университета в органах Росреестра по вопросу регистрации прав на недвижимое имущество.

Высшее образование (юридическое). Знание и практический опыт при проведении закупок по 44-ФЗ и 223-ФЗ. Отсутствие ограничений на работу в образовательном учреждении (справка об отсутствии/наличии судимости, прививки согласно национальному календарю (в случаях, установленных действующим законодательством)).

Оформление согласно ТК РФ. График работы 5/2. Скидки на обучение в университете.
