The posting

Оказывает первичную специализированную медико‑санитарную помощь пациентам с подозрением на злокачественное новообразование и пациентам с установленным онкологическим диагнозом в амбулаторных условиях. Проводит первичный и повторные приёмы: собирает жалобы и анамнез, выполняет физикальное обследование, оценивает статус пациента по шкалам, формирует предварительный диагноз и план обследования. Обеспечивает соблюдение сроков маршрута пациента при подозрении на онкологию (в соответствии с действующими нормативами): своевременно назначает и контролирует выполнение необходимых исследований. Назначает и интерпретирует результаты диагностических исследований: лабораторных (в т. ч. онкомаркеры), инструментальных (УЗИ, КТ, МРТ, рентген и др.), морфологических (цитология, гистология), молекулярно‑генетических тестов в объёме, предусмотренном клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами. Выполняет или организует выполнение инвазивных диагностических манипуляций, разрешённых для амбулаторного звена (например, тонкоигольную аспирационную биопсию, core‑биопсию поверхностно расположенных образований, трепанобиопсию лимфоузлов и т. п.) с учётом локальных СОПов и оснащения ЦАОП. Формулирует диагноз с учётом МКБ, МКБ‑О и классификации TNM; обосновывает тактику ведения пациента в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями.

На должность назначается лицо, имеющее: высшее образование по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия; подготовку в ординатуре по специальности Онкология либо профессиональную переподготовку по Онкологии при наличии ординатуры по одной из смежных специальностей (в соответствии с квалификационными требованиями Минздрава); действующий документ о допуске к медицинской деятельности по специальности Онкология (сертификат специалиста либо свидетельство об аккредитации).
