долгосрочное и краткосрочное планирование деятельности, координация и курирование выполнения задач и функций структурных подразделений Учреждения по следующим направлениям деятельности Учреждения: методическая и исследовательская, библиотечно-информационное и библиографическое обслуживание населения, мероприятия, культурные программы и проекты; организация работы по совершенствованию основных видов деятельности Учреждения в части подчиненных структурных подразделений, в том числе мониторинга деятельности Учреждения и разработки на основании проведенного мониторинга информационно-методических материалов в целях совершенствования деятельности Учреждения; взаимодействие со средствами массовой информации по вопросам деятельности Учреждения, представление средствам массовой информации сведений о состоянии и перспективах развития Учреждения в соответствии с установленным Учредителем порядком; координация деятельности Учреждения по повышению качества обслуживания населения и расширению спектра оказываемых услуг; налаживание, поддержание и развитие межрегиональных и международных связей с организациями и учреждениями осуществление контроля над исполнением приказов и распоряжений директора;издание распоряжений обязательных для всех работников, визирование приказов, положений и инструкций в пределах своих полномочий; участие в реализации городских, федеральных и международных программ и проектов, касающихся сферы деятельности подчиненных структурных подразделений Учреждения; развитие межрегиональных и международных проектных, культурных связей в рамках компетенции подчиненных структурных подразделений, в том числе на межведомственной основе, организация и проведение международных, межрегиональных, региональных и местных конференций, семинаров, круглых столов, презентаций и иных форм сотрудничества; формирование и поддержание единой системы ценностей Учреждения со стороны подчиненных структурных подразделений;разработка программы действий подчиненных структурных подразделений для решения поставленных задач; организация продуктивного рабочего процесса в подчиненных структурных подразделениях, в том числе содействие их материальному обеспечению; оперативное управление рабочими процессами подчиненных структурных подразделений, в том числе распределение задач и ответственности, делегирование; управление функционально-ролевыми взаимоотношениями в подчиненных структурных подразделениях через систему коммуникативных связей; доведение и разъяснения управленческих решений для последующей вовлеченности сотрудников подчиненных структурных подразделений; предотвращение и оперативное разрешение конфликтных ситуаций и стресс-факторов; обеспечение соответствия оплаты труда работников подчиненных структурных подразделений качеству и объему выполняемой работы; исполнять обязанности руководителя Учреждения в период отсутствия руководителя
