1. Осуществление ухода и наблюдения за получателями социальных услуг на основе принципов медицинской деонтологии. 2. Принятие и размещение в палате, проверка качества санитарной обработки вновь поступивших получателей социальных услуг. 3. Проверка передач получателям социальных услуг с целью недопущения приема противопоказанной пищи и напитков. 4. Участие в обходе врачей, доклад о состоянии получателей социальных услуг, фиксация в журнале назначенного лечения и ухода за получателями социальных услуг и контроль за выполнением ими назначений лечащего врача. 5. Контроль за осуществлением помощниками по уходу санитарно-гигиенического обслуживания физически ослабленных и тяжелобольных (умывать, кормить, давать питье и т.д., профилактику пролежней). 6. Выполнение назначений лечащего врача. 7. Следить, чтобы выданное лекарство было принято в ее присутствии. 8. Ежедневно контролировать состояние прикроватных тумбочек и холодильников. 9. Активно наблюдать за чистотой и порядком в палатах, за личной гигиеной получателе социальных услуг, за своевременным приемом ванн, сменой постельного и нательного белья. 10. Сопровождение на обследования получателей социальных услуг в диагностические кабинеты и в лабораторию. 11. В часы отсутствия кастелянши хранить чистое белье. 12. Контролировать работу помощников по уходу. 13. Следить за сохранностью медицинского и хозяйственного оборудования в отделении. 14. Не отлучаться из отделения без разрешения старшей медсестры или врача отделения, а в период их отсутствия дежурного врача. 15. Постоянное наблюдение за получателями социальных услуг. 16. Немедленное сообщение лечащему врачу, а в его отсутствие дежурному врачу о внезапном ухудшении состояния получателей социальных услуг. 17. При подозрении или обнаружении признаков инфекционного заболевания немедленно сообщать об этом лечащему или дежурному врачу, по его распоряжению изолировать получателя социальных услуг и немедленно производить текущую дезинфекцию. 18. Изоляция больных в агональном состоянии, вызов врача для проведения необходимых реанимационных мероприятий. 19. При приеме дежурства осмотр закрепленных за нею помещений, проверка состояния электроосвещения, наличия жесткого и мягкого инвентаря, медицинского оборудования и инструментария, медикаментов. 20. Осуществление контроля за выполнением получателями социальных услуг и их родственниками режима посещений отделения. О случаях нарушений режима докладывать старшей медицинской сестре и лечащему врачу. 21. Осуществление контроля за санитарным содержанием палат, а также личной гигиеной получателей социальных услуг, за своевременным приемом гигиенических ванн, сменой нательного и постельного белья. 22. Осуществление контроля за получением получателями социальных услуг пищи согласно назначенной диете. 23. Ведение медицинской документации.
