1. Осуществлять проверку и согласование локальных сметных расчетов по капитальному ремонту общего имущества, представленных подрядными организациями, на соответствие уровню цен, действующему на период времени, определенному условиями договора, на территории Удмуртской Республики; 2. Составлять, редактировать, проверять сметную документацию, рассчитывать стоимости работ в текущем уровне цен; 3. Проверять соответствие состава и объема работ в дефектных ведомостях на соответствие локальным сметным расчетам; 4. Определять соответствие объёмов работ и количество примененных материалов, правильность применения соответствующих норм и расценок, выявлять превышение предельных показателей по видам работ; 5. Проверять и согласовывать акты о приёмке выполненных работ, представленных подрядными организациями в составе исполнительной документации, на соответствие локальным сметным расчетам.

1. Квалификационные требования к профессиональным знаниям: - знание Конституции Российской Федерации, федеральных законов и иных нормативных правовых актов Российской Федерации, законов Удмуртской Республики и иных нормативных правовых актов Удмуртской Республики, муниципальных правовых актов, соответствующих направлениям деятельности применительно к исполнению должностных обязанностей; - знание законодательства в области жилищно-коммунального хозяйства; - нормативных правовых актов, регламентирующие деятельность Фонда; - знание правил и норм технической эксплуатации жилищного фонда; - знание правил и норм в области строительства; - знание технологий оказания жилищно-коммунальных услуг; - виды и особенности оказания жилищно-коммунальных услуг; - нормативы услуг по эксплуатации и ремонту жилья для населения; - стандарты в области предоставления жилищно-коммунальных услуг; - экономику, организацию жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, труда и управления; - организацию материально-технического обеспечения службы заказчика; - порядок заключения и исполнения гражданско-правовых договоров. 2. В области использования информационных технологий должен знать и уметь применять: - аппаратное и программное обеспечение; - компьютерные сети и Интернет; - общие понятия об информационной безопасности; - навыки работы в операционной системе; - основы офисных технологий. 3. Квалификационные требования к профессиональным навыкам: - владение современными средствами, методами и технологиями работы с информацией и документами; - организация выполнения поставленных задач; - эффективное планирование рабочего времени; - системный подход к решению задач; - разрешение конфликтов; - другие навыки, необходимые для исполнения должностных обязанностей.
