Подготовка финансового аудита и координация процесса аудита. Управление запасами. Соблюдение Руководящих принципов SOP. Ведение банковского счета, сверка, ежедневный отчет о средствах + отчет о дебиторской задолженности для проверки руководством. Соблюдение местного законодательства, включая продление лицензий по необходимости. Управление денежными средствамиМониторинг и учет бумажной торговли, если таковая имеется. Проверка договоров купли-продажи и процесса документирования. Обеспечение своевременной обработки ежемесячной заработной платы. Ежемесячный анализ требований о расходах персонала филиала и расходы и авансы на покрытие расходов. Банковское дело Ведение переговоров с банками о кредитных линиях Взаимодействие с банками для осуществления банковских операций финансовой деятельности Соблюдение юридических требованийи _SOP Соблюдение местных нормативных требований, Соблюдение требований аудиторского заключения SOP Компании, отслеживание выполнения мероприятий к требуемому сроку, разработка дополнительных процессов для дальнейшего улучшения среды контроля. Соблюдение правил ежемесячной подачи отчетов, оплаты и т.д.
