The posting

1) руководит разработкой плана действий по предупреждению и ликвидации ЧС в мирное время и плана ГО на военное время, периодически осуществляет их корректировку; 2) планирует и организует подготовку по ГО руководящего, командно-начальствующего состава, формирований ГО, рабочих и служащих Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области; 3) обеспечивает готовность органов управления, систем связи и оповещения, сил и средств Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области к действиям ЧС; 4) осуществляет подготовку работы комиссии по чрезвычайным ситуациям Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области; 5) своевременно представляет в вышестоящие органы донесения и другие отчетные документы ведет учет подготовки всех категорий обучаемых, оказывает помощь в проведении занятий, учений и тренировок; 6) планирует защиту населения и объектов экономики, обеспечивает их СИЗ; 7) совместно с председателем эвакокомиссии Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области согласовывает планы и расчеты по эвакуации, вопросы размещения и обеспечения рабочих, служащих объектов экономики и членов их семей с администрациями и эвакоприемными органами загородной зоны; 8) совершенствует учебно-материальную базу ГО и ЧС Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области, проводит мероприятия по пропаганде ГО и ЧС; 9) осуществляет руководство муниципальной пожарной охраны Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области; 10) выполняет поручения Главы Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области и первого заместителя Главы Шадринского муниципального округа Курганской области - руководителя отдела сельского хозяйства; 11) осуществляет постоянное взаимодействие с федеральными структурами.

1. К уровню профессионального образования: наличие высшего образования. 2. К стажу муниципальной службы или стажу работы по специальности: не менее 6 месяцев.
