Разрабатывать и внедрять нормы трудовых затрат по различным видам работ; Проводить хронометраж и фотографии рабочего времени; Вести базу трудовых норм и поддерживать базу в актуальном состоянии; Изучать степень выполнения установленных норм на рабочих местах, исследовать причины отклонений фактических затрат от нормативных.

Высшее образование; Нацеленность на результат и качество работы, стремление к профессиональному и личностному росту; Уверенный пользователь ПК, MS Office и системы электронного документооборота.

АО "Научно-Производственное предприятие "Квант" Ведущее предприятие в области создания средств автономной энергетики в России и за рубежом, решившее задачу энергетического обеспечения космических полетов. Основным научно-техническим направлением деятельности НПП «Квант» является разработка методов прямого преобразования различных видов энергии (химической, солнечной, тепловой, ядерной) в электричество и создание на их основе автономных источников электропитания и средств диагностики, широко используемых в различных областях производства и специальной технике. НПП «Квант» является единственным предприятием в России, где выполняется столь широкий объем работ по созданию источников автономного энергопитания, принципиально важных элементов для различных отраслей промышленности. Условия: Работа в компании с вековой историей и входящей в ГК «Роскосмос»; Соблюдение Трудового кодекса РФ; Совокупный доход включает: должностной оклад и индивидуальную стимулирующую надбавку. Возможны годовые премии; Ежегодная индексация оклада; ДМС через 6 месяцев после трудоустройства; Место работы: ул. 3-я Мытищинская, д. 16, стр. 1 от м. Алексеевская или ж/д платформа «Москва - 3» (5-7 минут пешком); График работы 5/2. Пн. – чт. с 8-30 до 17-30, пт. с 8-30 до 15-00; Работа в дружном коллективе с опытными коллегами!
