1.1. Осуществляет разработку перспективных и текущих планов (графиков) различных видов ремонта и контролирует их выполнение. Осуществляет формирование годовых заявок (планов закупок) на плановые ремонты оборудования и сооружений. Формирует плановые затраты на ремонт для составления проектов перспективных и годовых планов, программ ремонта оборудования и сооружений основных средств, в том числе с использованием установленного программного обеспечения. Обеспечивает подготовку запланированных ремонтов оборудования и сооружений, определяет потребность в запасных частях для ремонта согласно представленных дефектных ведомостей. Выполняет расчеты по материальным и финансовым затратам, необходимые для планирования затрат на ремонты оборудования и сооружений. Принимает участие в проверке технического состояния оборудования и сооружений (ж/д пути) если это необходимо при планировании ремонтных работ. Осуществляет взаимодействие и контроль за деятельностью представителей структурных подразделений, участвующих в планировании и производстве ремонтных работ. Участвует в разработке мероприятий, направленных на совершенствование организации обслуживания и ремонта оборудования, сооружений (ж/д пути), на снижение трудоемкости и стоимости ремонтных работ, улучшение их качества. Участвует в работе по планированию технического развития производства, организации ремонтов и модернизации оборудования. Участвует в разработке нормативных материалов по ремонту оборудования, сооружений (ж/д пути). Анализирует материалы по авариям, простоям оборудования, при необходимости участвует в их расследовании, а также в разработке мероприятий по их предупреждению. Осуществляет контроль за своевременным предоставлением документации (по согласованию в электрон. виде) от представителей структурных подразделений касающейся планирования и исполнения ремонтов оборудования и сооружений (ж/д путей). Согласовывает договора (графики, спецификации, калькуляции) проверяет содержание ремонтно-сметной документации, участвует в ее разработке.

Уверенный пользователь ПК Должен знать: Постановления, распоряжения, приказы, методические и нормативные материалы по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту оборудования. Перспективы технического развития предприятия. Организацию ремонтных работ и технического обслуживания оборудования. Единую систему планово-предупредительного ремонта и рациональной эксплуатации технологического оборудования. Технические характеристики, конструктивные особенности, назначение и режимы работы оборудования предприятия, правила его технической эксплуатации. Методы планирования ремонтных работ.

Желательно проживание в Ирбейском, Рыбинском районах или в г. Бородино
