- Осуществлять мониторинг информации в сфере закупок для заказчиков г. Чебоксары. - Осуществлять подготовку и направление ответов на письма, заявления, жалобы и запросы, поступающие в МКУ ЦОЗ г. Чебоксары, которые находятся на контроле в органах государственной власти и органах местного самоуправления. - Предоставлять по запросам судебных и правоохранительных органов, органов, уполномоченных на осуществление контроля и нормативного правового регулирования в сфере закупок, информации об осуществлении закупок в г. Чебоксары. - Обеспечивать целостность, достоверность, сохранность и конфиденциальность информации, используемой в отделе. - Участвовать в подготовке проектов нормативных актов, ответов на запросы в пределах своей компетенции. - Участвовать в подготовке писем, ответов на запросы в пределах своей компетенции. - Исполнять акты государственных контрольно-надзорных органов об устранении выявленных нарушений законодательства Российской Федерации. - Поддерживать уровень квалификации, необходимый для надлежащего исполнения должностных обязанностей. - Выполнять внедрение программных продуктов (в части информационного обеспечения, средств обработки документации). -Осуществлять оказание помощи в настройке программного обеспечения, в разработке отчетных форм, выполнять функции администратора автоматизированной информационной системы муниципальных закупок города Чебоксары Web-Торги-КС .
