Осуществлять организацию бухгалтерского учета хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности Учреждения в соответствии с требованиями Бюджетного Кодекса РФ, федеральным Законом №402-ФЗ О Бухгалтерском учёте, от 06.12.2011г., Приказами Минфина 157-Н, 174-Н, 33-Н и контроль над экономным использованием материальных, трудовых и финансовых ресурсов, сохранностью собственности Учреждения. Осуществлять руководство ведением бухгалтерского учета и составлением отчетности в Учреждении, (передача бухгалтерского отчета в электронном виде с применением программных продуктов информационно аналитическая система Web консолидация, Государственная система Электронный бюджет, размещение информации о деятельности учреждения на официальном сайте bus.gov.ru ). Осуществлять своевременно представление отчетности в ИФНС, статистику, социальный фонд РФ и другие организации. Формировать в соответствии с законодательством о бухгалтерском учете учетную политику, исходя из структуры и особенностей деятельности Учреждения, необходимости обеспечения его финансовой устойчивости. Обеспечивать составление баланса и оперативных сводных отчетов о доходах расходах средств, об использовании бюджета, другой статистической отчетности, представление их в установленном порядке в соответствующие органы.

Высшее профессиональное (экономическое) образование и стаж бухгалтерско-финансовой работы, в том числе на руководящих должностях, не менее 5 лет. Знание программ: 1С: Бухгалтерия, версия 8, 1С: Зарплата и кадры государственного учреждения, версия 8. Наличие справки об отсутствии (наличии) судимости. Главный бухгалтер назначается на должность директором Учреждения по согласованию с комитетом культуры и туризма администрации города Нефтеюганска.
