Осуществляет общее руководство отделением: планирует работу, распределяет нагрузку между врачами, составляет графики. Совершенствует процессы: внедряет современные методы диагностики и лечения, оптимизирует организацию труда. Координирует работу отделения с другими подразделениями поликлиники (например, с лабораторией или регистратурой). base.garant.ru +1 Контролирует соблюдение сотрудниками правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, должностных инструкций, норм охраны труда и техники безопасности. Организует повышение квалификации персонала: планирует курсы, семинары, конференции для врачей и среднего медперсонала. Анализирует ключевые показатели работы отделения (объём услуг, качество лечения, удовлетворённость пациентов) и на основе анализа готовит отчёты для руководства. Участвует в решении административных вопросов: формирование заявки на материально-технические ресурсы (инструменты, материалы, оборудование), контроль их рационального использования. Работает с обращениями и жалобами пациентов: разбирает ситуации, принимает меры для устранения причин. Проводит приём пациентов: диагностика, составление планов лечения, выполнение лечебных манипуляций в рамках своей специализации (терапевтическая, хирургическая, ортопедическая стоматология или ортодонтия). Консультирует коллег из других отделений поликлиники по сложным клиническим случаям. Проводит разборы сложных случаев на врачебных конференциях, анализирует расхождения диагнозов. Контролирует качество работы других врачей отделения: проверяет медицинские карты, оценивает корректность диагнозов и объём проведённых лечебно-диагностических мероприятий. Обеспечивает соблюдение в отделении правил асептики и антисептики, инфекционной безопасности пациентов и персонала. При наличии показаний направляет пациентов на дополнительное обследование (рентген, лабораторные анализы) или на консультацию к узким специалистам, а также на стационарное лечение. Проводит санитарно-просветительскую работу: лекции, беседы с пациентами о профилактике стоматологических заболеваний.

Опыт руководящей или организационной работы в медицине (заведование кабинетом, отделением, наставничество). Владение современными методами диагностики и лечения по своему профилю (терапия, хирургия, ортопедия, ортодонтия). Навыки управления персоналом: подбор, обучение, мотивация врачей и среднего медперсонала. Знание законодательства в сфере здравоохранения, защиты прав потребителей, санитарно-эпидемиологических норм. Опыт ведения медицинской документации, контроля качества и экспертизы временной нетрудоспособности. Умение анализировать показатели работы отделения и готовить отчёты. Опыт работы с обращениями и жалобами пациентов. Знание основ экономики, организации труда и управления в здравоохранении
