The posting

-При выполнении должностных обязанностей руководствоваться приказами и распоряжениями начальника отдела, положением о ПТО, правилами и директивными документами, не противоречащими действующему законодательству РФ. -Контролировать выполнение основных расчетов нормативной потребности в теплоэнергетических ресурсах (далее ТЭР) на собственные нужды источников и потерь в сетях, расчетов нормативного количества вспомогательных материалов, необходимых для содержания и ремонта источников и сетей, других технических данных для включения их в проекты планов, а также для утверждения нормативов и защиты тарифов предприятия. -Контролировать проведение технического надзора при выполнении работ по капитальному и текущему ремонту в соответствии с утвержденными графиками. -Контролировать расход материалов и запчастей на капитальные и текущие ремонты предприятия. -Обобщать полученные данные по расходу ТЭР на источниках и объектах предприятия, проводить анализ полученных данных, на их основе разрабатывать предложения по мероприятиям, направленным на снижение потерь энергии, на экономию топлива и электроэнергии. -Обобщать проекты планов служб и участков и разрабатывать сводные планы капитальных ремонтов основного и вспомогательного оборудования, программ производственного развития, реконструкции и модернизации оборудования. -Организовывать составление производственными подразделениями годовых заявок на материалы, запасные части и оборудование, согласовывать условия их поставки. -Контролировать и координировать проведение проектных и строительно-монтажных работ, соблюдение графиков, проводить освидетельствование скрытых работ, приемку объектов в эксплуатацию. -Контролировать учет, составление отчетности о производственной деятельности, ведение технической документации отдела. -Проводить организационно-административную работу с персоналом, направленную на выполнение производственных задач, стоящих перед отделом. -Заниматься изучением директивных материалов по определенной тематике. Принимать участие в подготовке рационализаторских документов
