1. Проводит обучение по общим вопросам охраны труда и функционирования системы управления охраной труда: 2. Обучает проведению инструктажей по охране труда и стажировки на рабочем месте: 3. Обучает оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим 4. Проводит обучение по использованию (применению) средств индивидуальной защиты 5. Обучает безопасным методам и приемам выполнения работ при воздействии вредных и (или) опасных производственных факторов, источников опасности, идентифицированных в рамках специальной оценки условий труда и оценки профессиональных рисков 6. Обучает безопасным методам и приемам выполнения работ повышенной опасности, к которым предъявляются дополнительные требования в соответствии с нормативными правовыми актами, содержащими государственные нормативные требования охраны труда 7. Организует обучения персонала по очной, очно-заочной, дистанционной форме (профессиональное обучение, повышение квалификации, переподготовка, курсы целевого назначения, корпоративному обучению). 8. Проводит корпоративное обучение и курсы целевого назначения. 9. Поддерживает учебную дисциплину, контролирует режим посещения занятий. 10. Обеспечивает выполнение учебных планов и программ, соблюдение требований безопасности труда в учебном процессе. 11. Взаимодействует с руководством предприятия, ответственными за обучения в рамках осуществления своей деятельности. 12. Содействует созданию и совершенствованию учебно-материальной базы образовательного учреждения. 13. Составляет отчетность по установленной форме. 14. Не разглашает информацию и сведения, являющиеся коммерческой тайной образовательного учреждения. 15. Оформляет результаты мероприятий по обучению работников. 16. Подготавливает предложения по совершенствованию систем обучения. 17. Сопровождает договора по обучению. 18. Подготавливает и заносит сведения об обучении в реестр Минтруда 19. Контролирует прохождения программ на образовательных платформах.
