The posting

1. Управление продажами китайских поставщиков на российских маркетплейсах: Полное ведение и развитие карточек товаров китайских брендов на Wildberries, Ozon и Яндекс Маркет (SEO, контент-менеджмент, управление рекламными кампаниями, работа с промоакциями). Адаптация китайских товаров под российский рынок: корректировка описаний, фотографий и характеристик с учетом культурных особенностей, и алгоритмов площадок. 2. Работа с китайскими продавцами (B2B-коммуникация): Ежедневное взаимодействие с китайскими поставщиками на китайском языке: консультирование по вопросам выхода на российский рынок, отчетность по продажам и заказам. Подготовка и сдача регулярной отчетности китайским коллегам на китайском языке: объемы продаж, динамика заказов, аналитика по категориям, маржинальность, ROI. 3. Аналитика и оптимизация: Проведение детального анализа конкурентов на российских маркетплейсах: ценообразование, ассортимент, рекламные стратегии, отзывы и рейтинги. Анализ продаж и заказов: выявление трендов, сезонности, точек роста для увеличения выручки и конверсии. Мониторинг ключевых метрик (конверсия, средний чек, возвраты, оборачиваемость складов) и разработка рекомендаций по улучшению показателей. 4. ВЭД и документационное сопровождение: Понимание основ внешнеэкономической деятельности: таможенное оформление, сертификация товаров, классификация кодов ТН ВЭД, расчет логистических затрат (фрахт, страховка, хранение на складах). Проверка и работа с закупочными документами: инвойсы, упаковочные листы, сертификаты, контракты. Контроль корректности оформления документов для беспрепятственного прохождения таможни. 5. Стратегическое развитие: Участие в разработке стратегии вывода новых китайских брендов на российские маркетплейсы. Поиск новых ниш и категорий товаров с потенциалом высокого спроса в РФ.

Опыт: от 2 лет в электронной коммерции, обязательно кросс-бордерная торговля Китай-Россия и опыт работы с китайскими поставщиками. Китайский язык: HSK 6 (обязательно для переговоров и отчетности). Понимание принципов работы маркетплейсов Wildberries, Ozon, Яндекс Маркет Продвинутые навыки работы в Excel / WPS Понимание основ таможенного оформления, сертификации, закупочной документации. Опыт работы с площадками 1688 или Alibaba приветствуется.
