Осуществлять общее руководство деятельностью отдела. В соответствии с задачами и функциями, планировать работу отдела, контролировать ход выполнения работ, анализировать результаты, готовить соответствующие предложения и отчеты о деятельности отдела. Подготавливать исковые заявления, представлять интересы учреждения в судах общей юрисдикции, Арбитражном суде Иркутской области. Осуществляет работу в сфере закупок товаров, работ и услуг для государственных и муниципальных нужд в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд . Осуществлять, принимать участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров (контрактов), подготовке заключений об их юридической обоснованности, производить их визирование и вести их учет в специальном журнале; контролировать заключённые договора с целью выполнения обязательств. Обеспечивать работу по профилактике коррупционных и иных правонарушений в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 25.12.2008 №273-ФЗ О противодействии коррупции и другими федеральными законами. Проводить мониторинг законодательства. Осуществлять правовую экспертизу проектов приказов, инструкций, положений, стандартов и других актов правового характера, подготавливаемых в учреждении, визировать их, а также участвовать в подготовке этих документов, принимать меры по изменению или отмене правовых актов, изданных с нарушением действующего законодательства. Осуществлять своевременное оформление приема, перевода и увольнения работников в соответствии с трудовым законодательством, положениями, инструкциями и приказами директора учреждения, учет личного состава, выдачу справок о трудовой деятельности работников, хранение и заполнение трудовых книжек и ведение установленной документации по кадрам, а также подготовку документов для представления персонала к поощрениям и награждениям, о привлечении работников учреждения к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности.

Ответственность, коммуникабельность, работа в формате многозадачности, умение работать с законодательством Российской Федерации. Опыт работы в сфере закупок в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд . Уровень зарплаты указан с учетом налогов (до вычета налогов).
