Ведение кадрового делопроизводства нескольких юридических лиц: Прием, переводы, увольнения, командировки, составление трудовых договоров и дополнительных соглашений, штатное расписание, донорские, гос. обязанность и т.д. в соответствии с нормами трудового законодательства . Работа в 1С Формирование и ведение графика отпусков, а также учебных, декретных и т.д. Ведение и учет трудовых книжек Взаимодействие с бухгалтерией по вопросам расчета заработной платы; Подготовка представлений на награждение ведомственными наградами, иных кадровых документов по запроса; Сопровождение электронного архива кадровых документов (бумажный архив ведется в другом месте); Поддержка перехода на кадровый электронный документооборот, электронные трудовые книжки; Предоставление справок и копий документов по обращению работников Особенности учета: обособленные подразделения в т.ч. в Районах крайнего севера, иностранные работники, бывшие гос.служащие, разные формы оплаты труда, доплаты и надбавки. Ведение воинского учета в организации в соответствии с законодательством: Ведение воинского учета в соответствии с требованиями законодательства; Сверка данных с военкоматами; Подготовка и сдача необходимых отчетов в ВК и Администрацию. Подготовка и сдача отчетности в государственные органы: Отчетность ЕФС-1 в СФР (приемы, переводы, увольнения, заключение и расторжение ГПХ); Отчетность в ЦЗН; Немаловажно соблюдение сроков сдачи отчетности​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Высшее образование (Управление персоналом, Юриспруденция); Опыт работы в области кадрового делопроизводства не менее 2 лет (проверки ГИТ, сложные увольнения-будут преимуществом);Отличное знание трудового законодательства РФ и других нормативных актов, касающихся кадрового учета; Опыт работы с программами 1С:ЗУП и другими специализированными программными продуктами; Умение работать в команде и соблюдать сроки Уверенный пользователь ПК, MS Office (Word, Excel) Важно: Внимательность к деталям, ответственность! Опыт работы в аутсорсинговых компаниях или в общих центрах обслуживания (ОЦО) является преимуществом​​​​​​​.​​​​​​​
