Анализ состояния культурно досуговой деятельности дворца культуры и обслуживаемого региона; Изучение потребностей аудитории в культурно просветительных услугах; Мониторинг и обобщение опыта работы структурных подразделений и других учреждений культуры; Выявление наиболее успешных творческих коллективов для выдвижения на присвоение званий народный, образцовый и т. д. Оказание методической и практической помощи руководителям кружков, студий, любительских объединений; Консультирование специалистов по вопросам организации культурно массовой работы, педагогики досуга, сценарного мастерства, режиссуры и т. д.; Планирование методической работы дворца культуры (текущее и перспективное); Подготовка и проведение конкурсов, выставок, тематических акций, культурно образовательных программ; Участие в разработке и реализации культурно просветительских и социально значимых проектов; Сбор и систематизация статистических и содержательных данных о деятельности учреждения; Подготовка аналитических отчётов, информационных справок, презентаций. Создание и обновление базы методических и репертуарных материалов; Популяризация лучших практик через СМИ, сайт учреждения, соцсети; Учёт и распределение методических пособий, реквизита, наглядных материалов; Подготовка документации к проверкам, аккредитациям.

Знание: 1. нормативных актов по культурно-досуговой деятельности (федеральные, региональные, муниципальные), правила охраны труда и пожарной безопасности; 2. специфику работы культурно-досуговых учреждений, формы и методы организации досуга населения; 3. . методику разработки и проведения культурно-массовых, просветительских и клубных мероприятий; 4. основы педагогики, психологии и социологии применительно к работе с разными возрастными и социальными группами; 5. основы планирования и отчётности в учреждениях культуры; 6. передовой опыт в сфере культурно-досуговой работы, современные технологии (в т. ч. цифровые инструменты для продвижения мероприятий, работы с базами данных, онлайн-форматами).
