Работа по отражению в бюджетном учете операций по санкционированию бюджетных расходов. Отслеживание расходование бюджетных средств. Формировать заявки на кассовый расход и заявки на получение наличных денежных средств в кассу учреждения.Составлять (оформлять) и принимать первичные документы о фактах хозяйственной жизни по своему направлению.Готовить данные по соответствующему участку учета для составлении отчетности. Работа по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных бухгалтерской информации. Работа по ведению бухгалтерского учета операций по всем видам заработной платы и денежного довольствия. Производить обязательные удержания и своевременно перечислять НДФЛ, отслеживать правильность применения стандартных вычетов. Заполнение лицевых карточек по заработной плате сотрудников и работников. Ведение бюджетной сметы, осуществлять формирование плана-графика (проекта плана-графика) закупок товаров, работ, услуг на финансовый год. Осуществлять контроль доведенных бюджетных данных, их детализацию и ведомственную классификацию расходов в информационной системе "Витязь" в подсистемах "Бюджетный учет" и "Планирование и финансирование". Обеспечивать своевременность оформления сведений при размещении бюджетных и денежных обязательств в целях исполнения исполнительных документов, поступивших в УФК по Удмуртской Республике. Отвечать за своевременность внесения данных по корректировке лимитов бюджетных обязательств (бюджетных ассигнований). Своевременная подготовка данных для составления ежемесячной, квартальной, годовой бюджетной отчетности
