The posting

Ключевые задачи Привлечение и удержание клиентов: обработка входящих обращений, работа с теплой базой контактов, поиск новых партнеров и целевой аудитории. Консультирование родителей по учебным программам, форматам занятий, условиям обучения и техническим требованиям. Подготовка коммерческих предложений, заключение договоров, ведение клиентской базы в CRM-системе. Координация записи учеников на занятия, контроль посещаемости, информирование о статусе обучения и изменениях в расписании. Взаимодействие с подрядчиками по организации корпоративных мероприятий и заказу сувенирной продукции. Ведение отчетности по ключевым показателям: конверсия, выполнение плана, удержание клиентов. Условия работы Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ, своевременная выплата заработной платы (2 раза в месяц). Прозрачная система мотивации: фиксированный оклад + бонусная часть по KPI (уровень дохода и целевые показатели обсуждаются индивидуально с успешным кандидатом). Полный рабочий день: понедельник пятница, 09:00 18:00. Дежурства в выходные дни оплачиваются дополнительно (график согласовывается заранее). Возможность выбора локации работы (филиалы школы в разных районах г. Барнаул). Полное обучение продукту и стандартам компании, наставничество на этапе адаптации, возможность профессионального роста.

Опыт работы в продажах, клиентском сервисе или административной поддержке от 1 года (опыт в сфере EdTech или детского образования будет преимуществом). Уверенное владение ПК: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Документы, Таблицы), навыки работы с CRM-системами. Навыки деловой коммуникации: выявление потребностей клиента, работа с возражениями, презентация продукта, ведение переговоров. Клиентоориентированность, ответственность, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в режиме многозадачности и доводить задачи до результата. Образование: законченное высшее или среднее профессиональное. Преимущество отдается кандидатам с профилем: менеджмент, маркетинг, экономика, педагогика, информационные технологии. Приветствуется прохождение тренингов, курсов или семинаров в области продаж, клиентского сервиса или педагогического общения.
