В команду развития инфраструктуры необходим куратор по надзору за строительством. Команда занимается обустройством, ремонтом и строительством объектов недвижимости банка. Задачи: технический надзор за строительством, контроль сроков работ, качества, соответствия нормативам и стоимости строительства, чтение чертежей подготовка технических заданий для разработки проектно-сметной документации и проведения закупочных процедур работа с подрядчиками анализ информации об инцидентах (жалобы, обращения) от сервис-менеджеров и пользователей объекта проведение технической и строительной экспертизы недвижимости с выездом на объект. Требования: высшее строительное/инженерное/техническое/архитектурное образование опыт управления, координации и сопровождения строительных работ от 3 лет опыт работы с проектной и сметной документацией свободное владение программами продуктами: Excel, Word, PowerPoint умение использовать нейросети в повседневной работе.
