Обеспечивает исправное состояние подвижного состава и выпуск его на линию в соответствии с графиком и определение неисправностей при приеме с линии по окончании работы. Осуществляет технический надзор за состоянием парка автомобилей. Осуществляет контроль за соблюдением графика проведения технического обслуживания и ремонта подвижного состава и осуществляет контроль за качеством и своевременностью выполнения этих работ. Принимает участие в оказании технической помощи автомобилям на линии. Осуществляет контроль - за соблюдением водителями правил технической эксплуатации. Проводит инструктаж водителей автомобилей перед выездом их на линию. Принимает новый автотранспорт, ставит на учет и снимает с учета автотранспорт, а также списывает и сдаёт их в ремонт. Изучает условия работы подвижного состава, отдельных деталей и узлов автомобилей с целью выявления причин их преждевременного износа.Осуществляет анализ причин и продолжительности простоев, связанных с техническим состоянием подвижного состава.Разрабатывает и внедряет мероприятия по увеличению сроков службы подвижного состава, сокращению простоев из-за технических неисправностей.

Ежегодно, в декабре месяце, организовывает прохождение водительским составом инструктажей в аэропорту для получения спец. пропусков на автотранспорт. Проводит занятия по 20 часовой программе с водителями. Контролирует своевременную подачу транспортных средств для выполнения автомаршрутов. При проведении работ обеспечивает соблюдение правил и норм охраны труда и пожарной безопасности. Участвует в разработке ежемесячного плана - графика производственной деятельности производственного участка УСС по СК. Ежедневно совместно с НПУ определяет водителей фельдъегерей для обеспечения выполнения автомаршрутов. По распоряжению начальника УСС по СК выполняет плановые маршруты водительско фельдъегерского состава
