The posting

1. Осуществляет планирование производственно-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения, контролирует ход выполнения плановых заданий по учреждению в целом и его производственным участкам, отдельно по количественным и качественным показателям. 2. Подготавливает исходные данные для составления проектов текущих и перспективных планов производственно-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения. 3. Разрабатывает планово-экономические нормативы материальных и трудовых затрат, ценники на основные виды материалов, используемых в производстве. 4. Составляет сметную калькуляцию на лесопродукцию и проекты цен на нее и услуги. 5. Проверяет правильность объемов выполненных работ, правильность применения норм выработки и расценок на лесохозяйственные работы, норм расхода ГСМ в путевых листах. 6. Контролирует применение расценок, норм выработки, расходования сырья, материалов на производственных участках. 7. Осуществляет контроль за выполнением в учреждении постановлений и распоряжений вышестоящей организации и руководства учреждения по вопросам технико-экономического планирования и управления производством. 8. Разрабатывает рациональные формы плановой, учетной и отчетной документации с внедрением вычислительной техники для проведения экономических расчетов. 9. Организует проведение комплексного экономического анализа и оценки результатов производственно-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения и его подразделений, разработку мероприятий по использованию внутрихозяйственных резервов, по проведению аттестации и рационализации рабочих мест. 10. Контролирует своевременность представления отчетности о результатах экономической деятельности в вышестоящие органы (анализирует и составляет отчетность в сроки и по формам, установленным вышестоящей организацией). 11. Принимает отчетность и проверяет правильность данных по учреждению и по подразделениям учреждения (ежемесячную, ежеквартальную). 12. Ведет учет затрат по выполненным лесохозяйственным работам, составляет сводную ведомость в разрезе каждой затратной статьи. 13. Контролирует выполнение приказов и указаний по экономической деятельности учреждения. 14. Осуществляет сбор документов по выполнению государственного задания. 15. Производит контроль за расходованием средств, выделенными учреждению для выполнения государственного задания. 16. Просчитывает нормативные затраты на оказание государственных услуг в рамках государственного задания, нормативные затраты на содержание недвижимого имущества и особо ценного движимого имущества, закрепленного за учреждением.
