1. Эпидемиологический надзор: организация активного выявления и регистрации случаев инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи (ИСМП), и других инфекционных заболеваний; проведение эпидемиологической диагностики: выявление причин и условий инфицирования пациентов и персонала, определение путей и факторов передачи возбудителей; оценка риска инфицирования пациентов и медицинского персонала в отделениях разного профиля (особенно в отделениях высокого риска). 2. Профилактика ИСМП и инфекционных заболеваний: разработка и внедрение комплекса профилактических и противоэпидемических мероприятий (дезинфекция, стерилизация, дезинсекция, дератизация и т. д.); контроль за соблюдением санитарно‑эпидемиологического режима во всех структурных подразделениях медицинской организации; мониторинг резистентности возбудителей ИСМП к антимикробным препаратам и оптимизация их применения; организация специфической профилактики (вакцинация, химиопрофилактика) для пациентов и персонала. 3. Контроль и аудит: регулярные проверки структурных подразделений медицинской организации на соблюдение противоэпидемического режима; контроль системы сбора, обеззараживания, временного хранения и удаления медицинских отходов; проверка качества стерилизации инструментов и оборудования, дезинфекции помещений; анализ расхождений диагнозов (клинических и патологоанатомических) в случаях инфекционных заболеваний. 4. Взаимодействие с внешними организациями: сотрудничество с территориальными органами Роспотребнадзора, центрами гигиены и эпидемиологии; своевременное информирование вышестоящих органов о случаях инфекционных заболеваний и чрезвычайных ситуациях в области санитарно‑эпидемиологического благополучия; обмен информацией с другими медицинскими организациями и лабораториями. 5. Документооборот и отчётность: ведение учётной и отчётной документации по эпидемиологической работе (журналы учёта инфекций, акты проверок, протоколы исследований и т. д.); подготовка аналитических материалов для комиссии по профилактике ИСМП; оформление предписаний и рекомендаций для подразделений медицинской организации. 6. Реагирование на чрезвычайные ситуации: оперативное принятие мер при выявлении групповых случаев инфекционных заболеваний или эпидемических вспышек; организация карантинных мероприятий, изоляции источников инфекции; координация действий персонала медицинской организации при чрезвычайных ситуациях эпидемиологического характера.
