ООО БТОМО производственное предприятие входящее в реестр ОПК, разработчик и изготовитель промышленного оборудования в металлургии и машиностроении. Механическая обработка и изготовление деталей и узлов общемашиностроительного назначения, модернизация и ремонт. Офис и производство находятся на территории завода АО НПО Электромашина, входит в реестр ОПК, резидент промышленного Технопарка ЗЭМ . Обязанности Проведение технологического аудита запросов: анализ документации на соответствие производственным мощностям, оценка сложности и реальности изготовления. Разработка техпроцессов под механообработку, сварку, сборку. Расчёт трудоёмкости и себестоимости. Подбор режущего и мерительного инструмента. Проверка (формирование) заявок на закупку материалов, заготовок, инструмента. Организация системы внешней кооперации, проработка подрядчиков, выстраивание процессов взаимоотношений, решение технических и организационных вопросов с подрядчиками. Контроль соблюдения технологической дисциплины на рабочих местах. Участие в ПДКК: разбор брака и анализ причин. Согласование с заказчиком отклонений, возникающих в процессе изготовления изделий. Внедрение программ Спрут ТП и Спрут ОКП мы в процессе, и предприятию нужен человек, который доведёт это до ума. Техническое сопровождение разработки управляющих программ для станков с ЧПУ. Оформление актов, протоколов разногласий, уведомлений об изменениях. Ведение архива технологических процессов. Участие в оперативных совещаниях.

Требования Образование: Высшее по одному из направлений: Машиностроение, Технология машиностроения, допускается среднее специальное при условии опыта работы. Опыт работы от 3 лет на должности главного технолога / заместителя главного технолога / начальника технологического бюро, заместителя начальника технологического бюро. Отраслевой опыт: машиностроение, металлообработка (серийное, мелкосерийное, единичное), производство с универсальным оборудованием и станками с ЧПУ (токарные, фрезерные, шлифовальные). Технические навыки: владение Спрут ТП и Спрут ОКП или готовность обучиться. Финансовая компетенция: расчёт и защита плановой себестоимости (нормо-часы, расход материала), контроль бюджетов на закупку инструмента и оплату кооперации. Коммуникации: опыт взаимодействия с заказчиками (анализ чертежей) и переговоров с подрядчиками по срокам и ценам. Личностные качества: системное мышление (видеть весь цикл от чертежа до отгрузки), готовность отвечать за результат подразделения.
