Осуществлять общее руководство работой по экономическому планированию, организуя рациональную хозяйственную деятельность с учетом рыночных условий и доступных ресурсов. Возглавлять подготовку проектов текущих планов для всех подразделений а также их экономических обоснований и расчетов. Руководить составлением среднесрочных и долгосрочных комплексных планов (бизнес-планов) производственных, финансовых, коммерческих. Согласовывать и взаимно увязывать все их разделы. Организовывать разработку прогрессивных плановых технико-экономических нормативов материальных и трудовых затрат. Участвовать в формировании проектов оптовых и розничных цен на продукцию, тарифов на работы (услуги) с учетом спроса и предложения для обеспечения запланированного объема прибыли. Контролировать составление нормативных калькуляций продукции и своевременное внесение в них актуальных изменений (включая планово-расчетные цены на материалы). Готовить заключения на проекты оптовых цен на продукцию. Разрабатывать мероприятия по повышению эффективности использования капитальных вложений, материальных, трудовых и финансовых ресурсов. Организовывать контроль за выполнением подразделениями плановых заданий, анализировать причины отклонений. Подготавливать предложения по изучению рынка для определения перспектив развития учреждения, координировать исследования, направленные на повышение эффективности деятельности Выстраивать систему управленческой отчетности и бюджетирования.

Высшее экономическое образование. Опыт работы по специальности не менее 5 лет, из них от 2 лет на руководящей позиции. Способность работать с большими объемами данных, организовывать систему учета и отчетности. Уверенные навыки прогнозирования показателей, расчета эффективности (KPI) и оценки рисков. Продвинутый пользователь Excel (сводные таблицы, ВПР/VLOOKUP, формулы), 1С, ПК Парус, опыт работы с Электронным бюджетом . Опыт формирования системы мотивации команды, выстраивания и оптимизации процессов. Готовность брать на себя ответственность за финансовые результаты отдела и учреждения в целом. Стаж работы по специальности не менее 5 лет (преимущество - опыт работы в государственном секторе отрасли здравоохранения)
