Что предстоит делать: Вести сопровождение закрепленного за вами студенческого контингента с момента зачисления до выпускного семестра, взаимодействуя со студентами как дистанционно (по электронной почте, телефону, мессенджерам), так и путём личных встреч; Консультировать и помогать в решении организационных вопросов; Решать вопросы технической поддержки процесса обучения; Контролировать академическую и финансовую дисциплину; Обеспечивать коммуникацию студентов и преподавателей по вопросам содержательной части учебного процесса. Что желательно иметь кандидату: Быть уверенным пользователем ПК (Outlook, Excel); Энергичность, высокий уровень эмпатии и уверенность в себе; Умение слышать и слушать клиента; Уметь работать с возражениями.
